BES Solutions, Inc. (BESS) is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). With over three decades of collective federal government experience, the BESS leadership vision has been shaped from serving in the United States Air Force, employment with the Department of Defense (DoD), and as former defense contractors. We leverage our subject matter experts (SMEs) in providing institutional knowledge and solutions to our clients to assist them in achieving objectives.

Eronica Dew, Principal CEO

Eronica Dew is an Air Force Disabled-Veteran, former Department of Defense employee, government contractor, and consultant. She has more than 30 years of experience in government contracts, project management, business development, capture management, proposal development, human resources, logistics, and acquisition management. As a Program Manager at Lockheed Martin (LM), Dew managed a $26M, Logistics and Communications contract serving Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. At LM, she received formal training in Capture Management, Proposal Management, Proposal Writing, and Win Plans. Dew went on to lead numerous proposal teams, winning over 3 billion dollars. At International Business Machines (IBM), Dew joined the Strategic Deal Team focused on “must-win” deals for their Global Business Services division.

MILITARY RECORD
Dew served ten years in the United States Air Force. Dew worked as an Inventory Management Specialist, Production Control Clerk, and Logistics Technician, supporting and deploying F-15, F-16, and C-130s. She deployed in 2002 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

 
 

Brett Dew, President

Brett Dew is a Retired Service Disabled Veteran, served 26 years in the United States Air Force. Dew led Recruitment and Retention Services for active duty Air Force and the District of Columbia (DC) and Kentucky Air National Guard; retired 2017. As the Founder and President of BES Solutions, Dew has earned over 26 years of experience in program and project management, civil engineering, base contracts, and construction, water, and wastewater treatment, human resources, recruiting and retention, diversity recruitment, strategic talent acquisition and management, and staffing solutions. After retiring from the Air Force, Dew served the Federal Government as a Department of Defense (DoD) employee and worked as a defense contractor.

FEDERAL CIVILIAN AND CONTRACTOR EXPERTISE
As the Human Resources Staffing Lead for DoD, Dew was responsible for meeting staffing requirements for an agency with more than 3,000 members. Dew aided in developing strategic targets to reduce employee turnover. As a Defense contractor, he led Human Resource Operations (HRO) teams that partnered with the White House Executive Council for diversity recruitment at Historical Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). Dew sought to highlight the underutilized opportunities for minority scholars in the federal government to focus on Math, Science, and Technology.
